Guess Shoe
- In this task, the contestants must identify which shoe the Taskmaster's assistant is thinking of, from a room full of shoes.
- The contestant may only ask the assistant 'yes' or 'no' questions, and must repeat a predesignated phrase, each time the assistant gives them an answer.
- At the end of the task, the shoe identified must be presented in the room, with no other shoes visible.

This version of the task is judged based on the number of questions asked by the contestants.
Adaptations
In this version of the task, the contestants are judged based on how much time they take, rather than on the number of questions they ask.
In this version of the task, there is no rule requiring that all of the other shoes should be out of sight when the correct shoe is presented.
