The brief for the task is as follows:
Complete the course as slowly as possible.
You must be riding the bicycle forwards within the limits of the course at all times.
Every time you put a foot on the ground, the clock will be paused, and your final time will be halved.
If you leave the course or miss an instruction, your time will also be halved, and the clock will be paused until you are back in position.
Slowest wins.
Your time starts when Alex fires his starter's pistol in five minutes from now.

- Alan managed to stay on the course but struggled to post the letter. He completed the course in 72 seconds and made 5 mistakes, so his final time was 2.5 seconds, receiving 4 points.
- Desiree struggled to pick up the things on the course but did manage to stay on the course. She completed the course in 84 seconds and made 5 mistakes, so her final time was 2.625 seconds, receiving 5 points.
- Guz seemed to complete the tasks effortlessly but kept putting his foot down as he tried to post the letter whilst pedalling on one side only. He completed the task in 64 seconds and made 7 mistakes, so his final time was 0.5 seconds, receiving 3 points.
- Morgana put the wrong coloured water balloon into the bucket and kept putting her foot on the floor, thinking Alex couldn't see. She completed the course in 68 seconds and made 9 mistakes, so her final time was 1/16th of a second, receiving 1 point.
- Victoria did not know how to ride a bike so ended up learning during the task. She managed to ride the bike and complete the course, but had to put her foot down to stop as she never learnt how to use the breaks. She completed the course in 95 seconds and made 8 mistakes, so her final time was 0.124 seconds, receiving 2 points.
