The task brief is laid on the floor of one of the rooms on the upper floor of the mansion. The brief for the task is as follows:
Move these belongings to the corresponding zone outside while keeping your heart rate as low as possible.
The content of the boxes is fragile.
The one who manages to do this with the least change to their heart rate wins.
You have 10 minutes.

Task notes
- Yellow and black striped caution tape has been laid out in a square on the floor of the room, in front of the window.
- Inside the square, there are five cardboard boxes, several of which contain fragile items.
- On top of the boxes, there are a book, a pair of dumbbells, a teddy bear, a pair of goggles, a plastic box, a camera tripod, and a dustpan and brush.
- Outside, on the gravel driveway, there is another area marked out on the ground.
