The contestants find the task brief on a table in the grounds of the mansion, alongside four Finnish items: a wellington boot, an old Nokia phone, a woven birchbark basket, and a bath broom (birch branches tied together, for use in a sauna). The brief for the task is as follows:
Throw one of these Finnish items as far as possible.
You may only choose one item.
If you choose an item that no-one else has chosen, you will get an extra point.
You have 5 minutes to complete the task.
