Attempts
Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Dara performs John's play 'Door(s)' very dramatically, to make up for the lack of dialogue in the script. Everyone is very impressed at the production and his acting skills. He earns joint first place for his performance.
- Fern performs Sarah's play 'The Not Cat Café' by impersonating Sarah and sitting in a room full of stuffed toy cats. Everyone is impressed with her performance, and it is noted that the play felt like something created by Alan Bennett. She earns joint first place for her performance.
- John performs Dara's play 'Every Time I Look Up I Think Of You' playing the astronaut character with a heavy Southern US accent, and using a green screen and props to create a rocket ship. He earns second place for his performance.
- Munya performed Fern's play 'Meaning' by dressing as a woman and using a stuffed toy cat (Patatas), which was voiced by Fern herself. He earns fourth place for his performance.
- Sarah performed Munya's piece 'The Power of Silence', which involved sitting cross-legged on the floor of the lab, with ping pong balls over here eyes, listening to white noise on some headphones. She was annoyed by the lack of a script, with the performance mainly consisting of completing several actions in sync with Alex. She earns third place for her performance, with Greg acknowledging that she was limited by Munya's writing.
