Task briefs

The briefs for the task are as follows:

Tie your towel as tightly as possible around your body.

You have 30 seconds.

Place your hands on your heads and keep them there until the end of the task.

Get your towel completely in your bucket.

Fastest wins.

The contestants are lined up on stage, each standing behind a folded red and white striped towel on the floor.
For the second part of the task, a coloured bucket is placed on the stage in front of each of them.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

Dara ties the towel around his ankle. He is then able to remove his shoe and slip the towel off quickly, getting it into the bin first.
Fern ties the towel around her ankle. After some help from Dara, she removes her shoe and manages to get her towel in her bucket third.
John ties the towel around his neck, and is therefore unable to remove it. He earns joint fourth place.
Munya ties the towel around his ankle. He manages to remove it and get it into his bucket second.
Sarah ties the towel around her waist, and is therefore unable to remove it. She earns joint fourth place.
