Taking it in turns, you will stand behind this screen and mime an animal of your choice.
If Atle manages to guess what you’re miming, you advance to the next round.
If he can’t guess it, you’re out.
Last one standing wins.
Task notes
- The contestants are seated on benches on the stage, positioned to one side of a large projector screen, and facing away from the centre of the stage, so they cannot see each other miming, and Atle cannot see what they are writing.
- Each contestant is equipped with a small chalkboard and a piece of chalk, so they can write down the animal they intend to mime, and hold it up to the camera.
- As each contestant takes their position behind the screen to start their mime, Olli switches on a light behind the screen so that they cast a shadow against it.
- This task bears similarities to the ‘Convey objects using shadows’ task, but is different enough to be categorised as original here.
