Task briefs

Choose an amount of wrapping paper.
You have one minute to fold, or build, a functioning paper aeroplane.

The paper aeroplanes will then be thrown towards the audience, and the one whose plane gets the furthest wins.

Your plane must resemble a plane, and you must use all of your paper.

Task notes

  • The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, each behind a table. Olli is stood by another table at stage-left, upon which there are five rolls of Christmas wrapping paper, and a pair of scissors which the contestants may use to cut paper from a roll.
