The task brief is stuck out of the top of a wheelbarrow full of lemons, in front of the caravan. The brief for the task is as follows:
Toss lemons from one waste bin to another.
All tossing and all catching must be done with waste bins.
Any lemon that hits the ground, Tom will make into lemonade.
Furthest successful toss in metres, minus the amount of lemonade in litres, wins.
You have 15 minutes.

Task notes
- Next to the wheelbarrow, there are two plinths. On top of one of them, there is an electric fruit juicer, with a plastic jug for collecting the juice. On top of the second, there is a wooden cutting board with a knife and a wooden spoon, which Tom Cashman uses to help juice the lemons.
- On the ground, there are red wire mesh waste paper bins for each team member, and a couple of red buckets next to the juicer for Tom to collect the lemon juice in.
- Tom is wearing a red apron throughout the task, and uses some small orange cones to mark the teams’ best lemon-throwing distances.
