The task brief is attached to a frisbee, which Tom Cashman throws to the contestant outside the caravan. The brief for the task is as follows:
Throw a frisbee into the caravan from the furthest distance.
Your first successful throw counts.
Furthest distance wins.
Also, you must celebrate every miss, and commiserate your successful throw.
Least convincing celebrating and commiserating will have their successful distance halved.
You have 15 minutes.

- As the contestants emerge from the caravan, Tom Cashman asks them what time it is. He then tells them it’s “frisbee time” and throws a frisbee at them.
- In front of the caravan, there is a wheelbarrow full of other frisbees.
