In this version of the task, the contestants are instructed to make a soap opera cliff-hanger. They are also instructed to include a role for an undisclosed additional team member - a well-known Finnish soap opera actor, who is then introduced to them near the end of the planning process.

The task brief is laid on the table in the living room. The brief for the task is as follows:
Make a soap opera cliff-hanger that is as dramatic as possible.
In the scene, you must create a role for both yourselves and a famous person who is important to the Taskmaster.
You have 15 minutes to plan your cliff-hanger scene.

Task notes
- Also on the table, there are some pens and paper.
- The person brought in as the extra player in each team’s scene is the actor Esko Kovero, well-known to Finns for his role on the long-running soap opera Salatut elämät (‘Secret Lives’), having appeared on the show since it debuted in 1999.
- The footage of each cliffhanger fading to blue is a nod to Salatut elämät.
- This is the first non-studio team task in the history of the show!
