In this version of the task, the contestants must drink from a small pitcher full of liquid, rather than a glass, and are not actually required to imbibe the liquid. The contestants are not required to keep their mouths open the entire time, but once they start drinking, their mouths must remain open. They are forbidden from touching the pitcher with their lips, and how dry they are after the task is finished is also taken into account when scoring.

The task brief is laid on top of a pitcher full of red liquid on the table in the lab. The brief for the task is as follows:
Drink until the pitcher is empty.
You may not close your mouth while drinking, and the pitcher may not touch your lips.
The fastest and driest contestant wins.
