Attempts

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

  • David and Jo completed 9 tasks in total, walking 131 metres: Toaster #1, Shed, Caravan, Toaster #2, Lab, Living Room, Jar #1, Doormat. Although they did not have to repeat any of the tasks, they took their time to complete the task, stopping to have a cup of tea at one point and Jo sinisterly whispered "Guantanamo Bay" despite it not beginning with the letter D. They said the word 'demeaning' in 36 minutes and 26 seconds.
  • Ed, Katy and Rose completed 24 tasks in total, walking 665 metres: Shed, Caravan, Toaster #1, Shed, Pigeonhole, Behind the Caravan, Mangle, Phone box, Caravan, Toaster #2, Gate, Bench, Shed, Pigeonhole, Behind the Caravan, Mangle, Phone box, Caravan, Toaster #2, Lab, Living Room, Jar #2, Jar #1, Doormat. The team got stuck in a loop between the shed, the caravan and the pigeon holes, repeating tasks, and Rose dropped the kitchen implement off her head so the team had to hum the Taskmaster theme tune for 3 minutes. They said the word 'demeaning' in 29 minutes.
