Task brief

The task brief is presented to the contestants on the steps at the front of the house, where it is initially attached to the doorframe above their heads. The brief for the task is as follows:

Put the most wetsuits on mannequins.

The mannequins must be wearing their wetsuits properly.

Also, you must tiptoe throughout, and put your finger on your lips and say ‘sh’ at least once every 20 seconds.

You have 15 minutes.

Your time starts now.

Three mannequins fully dressed in outfits for cool weather, stood in the caravan.

Task notes

Before the contestants read the task brief, Alex slips a sweatband containing a vibrating device onto one of their wrists, which then buzzes every 20 seconds to remind them to say ‘sh’.
A number of mannequins have been hidden around the grounds of the house, including a child-sized one on top of the geodesic dome, three fully-dressed ones locked in the caravan, one tied-up one in the telephone box, and a naked one hidden behind Greg’s statue.
There are also wetsuits hidden around the grounds, including one hung up in the shed, one hung from the gutter of the roof next to the hutch, one laid on top of the hutch roof, and one hidden behind the false door in the wall next to the hutch.
There is also a damp black suit in the bathtub on the stage.
The key to the caravan is hidden underneath the doormat, and the clue to this is written on the stick in an orange ice lolly, which is presented in a glass on a plinth next to the caravan door.
