The task brief is laid on a bench in the Crystal Grotto at Painshill park. The brief for the task is as follows:
Be the least annoying person round the campfire.
You must either sing a folk song, tell a ghost story, or recite a beat poem, and not be annoying.
Your song, story, or poem must either be about fast cars, barbecues, or DIY, and it can contain no more than 100 words.
You must perform your song, story, or poem in 10 minutes from now.
Task notes
- Alex is sat in a collapsible camping chair in the grotto, and there is a fake camp fire set up on the ground between him and the bench.
- After the task brief has been read, Alex reveals that his has a range of musical instruments available to the contestants, if needed. The ones we see being used are a tambourine, a keyboard, and an acoustic guitar.
