In this version of the task, the contestants are required to make a ‘surprisingly delicious’ sausage.

Task brief
The task brief is laid on the table in the study. The brief for the task is as follows:
Make a delicious sausage.
You may only use five ingredients.
All of the ingredients must be edible.
The five ingredients must start with ‘P’, ‘Ø’, ‘L’, ‘S’, and ‘E’.
You have five minutes to order your ingredients, and 20 minutes to make your sausage.
Sausage itself may not be an ingredient.
Most surprisingly delicious sausage wins.
Task notes
- Near to the table, there is a chalkboard, with five lines drawn on it, next to the letters ‘P’, ‘Ø’, ‘L’, ‘S’, and ‘E’ (‘pølse’ is the word for ‘sausage’ in Danish).
- The contestants are not provided with sausage casing or the tools for filling it unless they specifically request them.
