In this version of the task, there are only three sections of wall, instead of five, increasing the Taskmaster’s chances of correctly guessing the contestants’ locations.

Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Crawl around behind the wall for 20 seconds, and end up in one of the squares.

The Taskmaster will then guess which square you ended up in.

If he guesses correctly, you’re out.

The last contestant wins.

Task notes

  • The contestants are lined up side-by-side on stage, standing behind a wall which is divided into three sections. The floor behind the wall has also been marked out into three sections with tape.
  • After the task brief has been read, Mark clarifies that anyone who survives all three rounds of the game will win 5 points, while anyone eliminated from the game will earn no points. He also notes that should all but one contestant be eliminated before three rounds have been played, the last player standing will be the only points-winner.
