Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!
- Sofie eats 4 meatballs. Her predictions are that Jonas will eat 8, Simon will eat 11, Linda will eat 5, and Tobias will eat 9, for a grand total of 37 meatballs. As the actual amount of meatballs eaten was 12 and 1/5, Sofie comes fourth.
- Tobias asks if the meatballs are made with pork. When he finds out they are, he declares he will not eat any of them. His predictions are that Jonas will eat 12, Sofie will eat 10, Simon will eat 9, and Linda will eat 12, for a grand total of 43 meatballs. As the actual number of meatballs eaten was 12 and 1/5, Tobias comes fifth.
- Linda eats 1/5 of a meatball. Her predictions are that Jonas will eat 10, Sofie will eat 0, Simon will eat 20, and Tobias will eat 4, for a grand total of 34 and 1/5 meatballs. As the actual amount of meatballs eaten was 12 and 1/5, Linda comes third.
- In anticipation of what the task is, Simon counts all of the meatballs on the plate (there are 72). He also predicts that the task could be to build a tower out of the meatballs – he does so, then finally opens the task. Simon decides to blend the meatballs so he can eat more of them (and, he admits in the studio, because it makes good television). Simon blends 6 meatballs, and drinks half of the blender before deciding that it’s easier to just eat them. Simon eats (and drinks) a total of 5 meatballs. His predictions are that Jonas will eat 1, Sofie will eat 2.5, Linda will eat 2, and Tobias will eat 0, for a grand total of 10.5 meatballs. As the actual amount of meatballs eaten was 12 and 1/5, Simon comes second.
- Jonas makes himself a meatball sandwich using three meatballs (and is angry that there is no red cabbage for his sandwich). His predictions are that Sofie will eat 3, Simon will eat 5 (“for the ladies”), Linda will eat 0 (“she’s completely changed her life”), and Tobias will eat 0 (“I've seen pictures of that body”), for a grand total of 11 meatballs. As the actual number of meatballs eaten was 12 and 1/5, Jonas comes first.
