Mastertask notes:

In this version of the task, the first round consists of sliding glasses of beer to the Taskmaster. The two most successful contestants then compete in a final round where they must slide a meal to him.

Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Serve Atle by sliding his order down the bar counter.

Task notes

The contestants are lined up side-by-side behind a long service bar on the stage.
At the left-hand side of the bar, Olli is standing next to a small drinks cart, on which there are glasses of beer.
At the other end of the bar, Atle is seated behind the bar next to the contestants, waiting for his beer to be delivered to him.
Olli clarifies that the two most accurate beer-sliders will go on to compete in the final round.
While contestants are sliding items to Atle, the others sit down on chairs behind the bar.
Olli wipes the worst of the spilt beer off the bar with a tea towel between the contestants' attempts.
In the final round, the two finalists must attempt to slide a plate of pork, potatoes and vegetables and a dish of cranberry jelly down to Atle, who takes up a seated position at the very end of the bar, with a napkin tucked into the neck of his shirt, and holding a knife and fork.
