Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Dara brought in a cartoon illustration of Greg and Alex, where Greg has been slightly feminised with a hairbow, eyelashes, and coquetteish pose, and Alex's jaw has dropped to the ground with arousal. Greg awards him joint second place, with Sarah.
  • Fern brought in a photo of a chicken which had been named after her by a couple of comedy fans who rescue the animals. The jaw-dropping element of the prize was that she had logged on to Twitter one day to see the announcement that 'Fern Brady died this morning. She was doing what she loved best - eating breakfast out of David's hand'. Greg awards her first place, based on the tweet she had received.
  • John brought in a copy of the 2022 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records. In support of his prize, he shared that it contained info on a 10lb tomato and a family who were '98% hair'. Greg asks if it also contains info on the guy who was quickest ever to get one point, which is what he ultimately earns.
  • Munya brought in a knitted version of his own head, which he bought for £200. Greg awards him fourth place.
  • Sarah brought in a ceramic dildo which had one of the lines of her material written on it ('Never put anything in your mouth you don't want to', which she says is the only piece of sex advice her mum had ever given her). Alex claims he was told it was a 'ceramic bangle-holder'. Greg awards her joint second place, with Dara.
