Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Henriette first recites a short common Norwegian tongue-twister, "Ibsens ripsbusker og andre buskvekster" ['Ibsen's currant bushes and other shrubs'] before starting to talk about how nice Olli is, and accidentally repeating the word 'er' ['are'] after just 15 words. She earns third place in the task.
  • Espen starts out by describing what he is doing, saying "Jeg prøver si så like mange ord jeg-" ['I try to say as many words as I-'], thereby repeating himself after just seven unique words, and earning last place.
  • Kristoffer manages to say an impressive 47 unique words, including: all, boats, cello, crap, apple, luck, grey, horse, leech, yes, king, salmon, mother, Norway, oboe, lager, raven, steer, intestine, owl, being, wolf, xylophone, eider, lizard, hill, work, cage, ciabatta, delta, imbecile, hippopotamus, grunt, hope, Icarus, yo-yo, camera, lie, grandma, naprapath, osteoporosis, Parma ham, rusty, welded, traumatised, part, and what. He earns second place in the task.
  • Martha manages an impressive 49 words, including: piss, fart, asshole, ass, nose, hair, mouth, eyes, eyebrows, ears, beard, chest hair, neck, throat, Adam's apple, shirt, buttons, white, grey, black, blazer, pocket, sew, trad, arms, watch, nails, skeptical, angry, bored, sad, depressed, wanting, willing, sexy, shoelace, ground, plastic, room, crew, moustache, intense, brown, teeth, pimple, ingrown hair, penis, joints, and tits. She acknowledges that many of her words are 'childish', but Atle reiterates that they were looking for quantity over quality, so she wins the task.
  • Live only manages to list a few body parts and items of clothing - "Hår, øyne, bart, munn, bukser, sko, sokker, genser, øyne" ['Hair, eyes, moustache, mouth, trousers, shoes, socks, sweater, eyes'] - before repeating herself after just eight unique words, and earning fourth place.
