A silent alarm in the form of a lightbulb is positioned on the table in front of the contestants, and lights up any time they use one of the forbidden words.
Although this particular iteration of the task did not make the cut for the first series, a short highlights video of the task was published on the UKTV YouTube channel on 31 July 2015, to promote the show.
In Episode 44 of the Taskmaster Podcast, Phil Wang revealed that this had been one of the tasks he had tested, during early development of the show, and that he had asked the person on the other end of the phone to list everything they sold.
