Task brief
The brief for the task is as follows:
Side with the Taskmaster.
Paul will read aloud a statement, and you must decide whether the Taskmaster would agree or disagree with that statement by standing in the corresponding bathtub.
The person who correctly sides with the Taskmaster the most wins.
Task notes
- The contestants are lined up, side-by-side, on stage, with Jeremy Wells sat on his throne, centre-stage.
- Behind all of them, there are two bathtubs - one with the word 'AGREE' written on the side, and one with the word 'DISAGREE'.
- The bathtubs have curtains around them which can be drawn to conceal which contestants have chosen to stand in which one, though the Taskmaster is sat with his back to them anyway.
- The statements read by Paul throughout the task (and Jeremy's opinions) are as follows: Italian food is overrated (disagree); Jam goes in the fridge (agree); The people who stand up on planes should be allowed to get off first (disagree); Ray O'Leary's suit suits him (agree); Black shoes with white socks is okay (agree); Tea goes in before the milk (agree).
