The task brief is laid on a plinth in the garden of the Kongen Befaler house, with a baguette inserted through the middle of it. The brief for the task is as follows:
Hit something as far as possible with this Parisian baguette.
If the baguette breaks, the task is over.
Last hit counts.
You have six minutes.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- The Norwegian word for ‘far’ used in the task brief can also mean ‘long’, an ambiguity of which one of the contestants does take advantage.
- Although this task is reminiscent of Taskmaster NZ’s ‘Hit a piece of fruit with some bread’ task, it is also different enough in its set-up and scope to be categorised as original here.
