The brief for the task is as follows:
Order a cup of tea from David before the bread’s toasted.
You order by ringing your bell.
If you haven’t rung your bell before the bread’s toasted, you get zero points.
Last order before the bread’s toasted wins the finale.
The task starts on David’s signal.
Task notes
- Each contestant is seated at their own table, on which there is a small service bell, as well as a mug for their tea, and the necessities to dress a slice of toast.
- After the task brief is read, David clarifies that the task is a winner-takes-all task, in which 3 points will go to the winner.
- In practice, since most of the contestants ring their bells in quick succession, David has no time to serve any of them any tea until the end of the task.
