Task notes

• Also on the table, there are 39 shot glasses, arranged in 13 rows of three, with each group holding different contents.
• Next to the table, there is a chalkboard on an easel, with 13 dashes drawn on it, where the contestants must write down their solution.
• On the edge of the table facing the camera, labels have been placed in front of each row of glasses, identifying what the contents are. The first letter of each word is emphasised, spelling out ‘løsningsordet’ (literally, ‘the solution word’), which is what the contestants need to write on the chalkboard.
• The contents of the glasses are as follows:
  • Løksuppe (onion soup)
  • Øl (beer)
  • Sanasol (Sana-sol, a vitamin drink)
  • Nudler (noodles)
  • Iskaffe (iced coffee)
  • Nudler (noodles)
  • Gelé (jelly)
  • Sanasol (Sana-sol, a vitamin drink)
  • Olivenjole (olive oil)

• Although there are similarities to the ‘Identify the mystery flavours’ task, this task is categorised here as original because success is not necessarily dictated by being able to identify the most flavours.
• The set-up of the task, with all of the shot-glasses filled with different contents, is also reminiscent of the ‘Drink all the vinegar’ task.
