Attempts

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

  • David built a statue of himself asking out a girl called Avril to represent a time when his ego was delicate. In the following task, he completely flattened the statue with the steamroller.
  • Ed built a statue of a baby, which he stuck to a wooden board for stability but it looked like he had crucified it. In the following task, he completely flattened the statue with the steamroller.
  • Jo built a statue of herself holding a sign saying she enjoyed poetry, claiming she was delicate. Part of the statue's hair still existed after the following task.
  • Katy built a statue of a pinecone. She managed to create cross-section of it with the steamroller, in the following task.
  • Rose built a statue of a leaf using egg cartons and a plank of wood. She managed to completely avoid it with the steamroller, in the following task.
