Get to know this person.
You will be tested on your knowledge of this person in 10 minutes time.
You may not write anything down or leave the lab.
You must take it in turns to ask a completely different question.
The person will tell the truth, lie, then brag in that order, but not necessarily starting with the truth.
Your time starts now.
The exam.
NO cheating.
The exam will last 10 minutes.
Conferring IS permitted.
Alex will only accept your first answer.
A bonus point for whoever can best recreate the person’s party trick.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- David and Jo failed to develop any kind of system for determining when Gareth was telling the truth, operating instead by instinct and guesswork. They only got 1.5 answers correct in their quiz. Jo received a bonus point for being the best at recreating Gareth's party trick of making his tongue really big.
- Ed, Katy and Rose immediately worked out that Gareth lied first, by asking if he was sat on a chair. The truth then always landed on Katy's questions. They got 3.5 answers correct.
