The task brief is attached to the face of one of six oscillating clown heads on a carnival game stall in the Rainbow’s End theme park. The brief for the task is as follows:
Get a ball into a clown’s mouth.
If attempting from the closest spot, you may use the spoon.
If attempting from the furthest spot, the clowns will not be moving.
If successful from the furthest spot, your time will be halved.
You may not move the spots.
Both feet must be on your spot.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- Two circular red Taskmaster-branded marker-spots have been laid on the ground in front of the stall: one about six inches away from the stall, and one about a metre away.
- The oscillating clown heads are set back at least another metre from the edge of the stall.
- Paul is stood on the raised platform between the edge of the stall and the clowns.
- In front of Paul, stood on the pathway, there is a plinth upon which there is a clear bowl containing about half a dozen small red balls.
- Leaning against the plinth, there is a long yellow pole with a wooden spoon attached to the end.
