Paint a mode of transportation while using that mode of transportation
- The contestants have to paint the given mode of transportation (usually a horse, but has also been a rowboat) while also using that mode of transportation.
- If the contestants are unwilling to ride a real horse, the show producers usually have an alternative prepared to simulate the experience.
- When horses are the subject of the task, the contestants ride the horse (or equivalent) with an arm-mounted easel and limited range of paints.
- In the case of the rowboat, the canvas and painting supplies are just provided within the boat.
- They are awarded points based on the quality of their paintings, though are sometimes marked down if they choose not to use the mode of transportation originally provided.
