Task notes

• From the Taskmaster book: “the trouble with the contestants of series 4 was that they all actually knew their planets well enough to represent them accurately with fruit. A task never works if everyone succeeds. By actually being good at something, Hugh Dennis, Joe Lycett, Lolly Adefope, Mel Giedroyc and Noel Fielding managed to make this seem more like a demonstration for a kids’ TV show than a challenging test of wit and skill.”
• Regarding who each contestant chose to call during the task: “Hugh called the BBC’s head of radio comedy, Joe phoned his mate Ben who had excellent wifi, Lolly and Mel called their brother and mum respectively while Noel tried and failed to get through to Professor Brian Cox.”
