The task brief is received in the living room, where the contestants are greeted by Iceland’s ambassador to Sweden, Estrid Brekkan. The briefs for the task are as follows:
To Anders, Annika, Clara & Nassim:
Perform a sketch in Icelandic for the Icelandic audience.
It should last for at least 100 seconds and contain at least 30 Icelandic words.
You will perform your sketch in 30 minutes.
You may first ask a maximum of 11 questions to Iceland’s ambassador to Sweden.
The most appreciated sketch wins.
To Marika:
Guess which team performs the best sketch, according to Babben.
Task notes
- Estrid answers the contestant’s questions only in Icelandic. As they ask their questions, David keeps track of the number asked on a small flipchart on a plinth. After the questions have been asked, the contestants are given access to a variety of costumes.
- The sketches are performed on the steps of the Taskmaster house, in front of an audience of five Icelanders, including the ambassador.
