Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!
- Munya brings in his first ever house plant, named Young Pablo, which he has managed to keep barely alive for five years. Greg places the plant in second place.
- Dara brings in a medical sample tube containing a small fragment of the bone from his knee, which broke off during a football match. He had to have it removed in an operation, but the doctors apparently let him keep it. Greg awards Dara first place for bringing part of his own body in.
- Fern brings in a dirty tankard which she says her boyfriend uses for storing toothbrushes. She seems very keen for Greg to score her badly during the episode, so that someone else has to take it away. Greg awards the tankard joint third place, with Sarah's zombie.
- John brings in a paperback copy of Ulysses by James Joyce, which he says he has owned for 20 years but has never gotten around to reading. Greg suggests that he has misjudged the tone of the task, but John insists it's one of the best pieces of literature ever, and he still has ambitions to read it. However, Greg still puts him in last place.
- Sarah brings in her husband's life-size zombie figure, which she says they keep in a room named 'the zombie room', but which still frightens the shit out of her on a regular basis. Greg awards the zombie joint third place, with Fern's tankard.
