Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!
- Dara brought in a whole turkey in a box to represent the fact that his cousins would send a whole, unprepared turkey to his mum for Christmas every year.
- Fern brought in some ugly underpants to represent a series of sets of ugly underwear that her mum had sent her. She didn't seem to register that the aim was to bring in the 'best' thing received through the post until the end of the task.
- John brought in his Dennis the Menace (British comic book character) Fan Club membership card and badges.
- Munya brought in what he called the 'Suckertron 3000' - a portable vacuum cleaner.
- Sarah brought in a photo of herself as a child surrounded by posters of the TV presenter Phillip Schofield, which she had sent to Phillip, and he had returned it to her, autographed.
