Task brief

The actual text of the task brief is not known. The text below is paraphrased based on information disclosed in the episode:

Atle is positioned in the middle of a kind of table.

He is going to try to smack the contestants on the head with his club.

Their goal is to pop up as many times as possible without being hit.

Whoever pops up the most times wins.

If you get smacked on the head, you are eliminated.

You must also make a sound, so we know who is popping up - preferably, an animal sound.

Task notes

  • Atle is stood in the centre of a ring-shaped table, which is covered with red fabric, and has five holes in it, through which the contestants (who are hidden beneath) can pop their heads.
  • Atle holds a soft club, with which he can bash the contestants on their heads.

Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Henriette opts to make the sound of a cat. She is eliminated first, and popped up the fewest times, so places last in the task.
  • Kristoffer opts to make the sound of a fish (or rather, a 'blub' sound). He is eliminated second, and pops up the fourth most times, so earns fourth place.
  • Espen opts to caw like a crow. He is eliminated third, and pops up the third most times, so earns third place.
  • Martha opts to make the sound of an 'angry little bird'. She was eliminated second-last, but popped up the most times, earning first place in the task.
  • Live opts to make the sound of a small dog. She was eliminated last, but popped up the second most times, so earns second place.
