Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • In studio, Henriette removes the odd-looking cap she has been wearing since the start of the episode, and turns it inside out to reveal a Christmas tree costume inside, which she then puts on. The costume includes a tinsel star, which attaches to the back of her head. Atle awards her fourth place for her effort.
  • Live immediately predicts that she will win the task, even though she does not have an idea ready to go. In studio, she is clearly a little nervous about what she has planned. When her turn comes, some music starts playing, and she begins singing while removing her outer clothes, revealing a figure-hugging, Britney Spears-inspired, shiny red jumpsuit beneath. She then performs Britney's Oops!… I did it again on stage, draping herself across Atle's lap at one point. She is clearly very self-concious about how tight the suit is around her crotch, and very relieved when the whole thing is over. Atle rewards her effort with first place.
  • Espen takes inspiration from Lady Gaga's infamous meat dress, and reveals that he is wearing a vegan alternative: the aubergine vest, made from slices of aubergine tied together with string. Atle awards him third place for his effort.
  • Kristoffer refuses to extract the task brief from within Olli's shirt, and then complains about the task, as soon as he finds out it involves dressing up, which he hates. He reveals that he doesn't have many clothes, and had decided to wear the same jeans and hoodie throughout the show. He then removes these comfort clothes to reveal that he is wearing another set underneath, which he has altered into smarter summer versions: a pair of dress shorts, a formal short-sleeved shirt with ruffles, and a denim bow tie. Atle awards him last place for his effort.
  • Martha reveals that under the oversized shirt and cap she has been wearing since the start of the episode, she has a full royal knight costume, complete with a sword, cape, and crown. She kneels before Atle and presents her sword to him, and he formally knights her in return. Although clearly impressed by the effort she went to with her costume, Atle is unable to award her first place after Live's musical performance, so she instead gets second.
