• Vidar immediately starts selecting chillis from the table and taking huge bites out of them, which he soon begins to regret. He eventually has to fetch a carton of milk from the kitchen to soothe his burning mouth and throat. At one point, while taking a big swig from the carton, he catches sight of the actual bell pepper up on the plastic sheet, out of the corner of his eye. Furious, he jumps up to grab it, and then throws it at the production team. He finishes off the carton of milk, while Olli laughs at him, and then heads off to fetch another carton. In the studio, Olli reveals that he found the bell pepper in 4 minutes and 39 seconds, earning second place.
• Karin decides to try to identify the bell pepper by tasting some of the chillis on the table. She makes a couple of incorrect guesses before spotting the 'Paprika-ville' sign, and trying to follow where it is pointing. Eventually she looks up and finds the bell pepper up on the plastic sheet above her head. In the studio, Olli reveals that she found the bell pepper in 5 minutes and 13 seconds, earning third place.
• Leo initially inspects the toy stable, and wonders out loud if such a thing might be known as a 'paprika' in Norway. After receiving confirmation from Olli that there is a bell pepper in the room, he looks up and around himself, taking in the whole room, and spots the pepper up on the plastic sheet behind him. He grabs it and drops it on the table in front of Olli, and looks for a moment as if he is about to attack him (a moment that gets replayed in the studio for everyone's entertainment). In the studio, Olli reveals that Leo found the bell pepper in just 21 seconds, winning the task.
• Lars inspects the inside of the toy stable, repeating "bell pepper one" over and over to himself. He initially states that there are "so many stupid people here who just eat everything", and then proceeds to do just that himself. He eventually can't taste the difference between any of the peppers, so decides that the one he has just bitten into must be the bell pepper. He leaves the room without ever spotting the bell pepper on the plastic sheet, despite being by far the tallest contestant. In the studio, Bård decides to give him and Hani one more chance to find a bell pepper. However, he is too slow to react, missing the fact that Bård is actually holding one, which Hani very quickly grabs. Lars thus earns no points in the task.
• Hani thoroughly investigates the contents of the toy stable, asking at one point whether one of the toy plastic horses is named 'Paprika'. She does not appear to bite into any of the peppers, eventually just finding one she likes the look of and deciding that's it. She thus never actually finds the bell pepper. In the studio, Bård decides to give her and Lars one more chance to find a bell pepper. She immediately jumps up and grabs the one he is clearly holding, earning herself one redemption point.

Notes on task scores

• Having not found the bell pepper during their attempts, Hani and Lars are given a second chance to find one in the studio. Hani thus earns one point for finding the bell pepper in Bård's hand.
