In this version of the task, there are two rounds. First the contestants must stand up before a kettle switches off, then they must stand up before a toaster pops up.
Task brief
The brief for the task is as follows:
Get up just before the appliance is done with its function.
You may only get up once.
The one who times their ascent the most accurately wins.
The last one remaining is the winner.
Task notes
- In the first round of the task, a kettle is switched on, and the contestants have to try to stand up before it switches itself back off.
- In the second round of the task, a piece of bread is inserted into a toaster, and the contestants have to try to stand up before the toast pops up.
