Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- James and Phil started to make an extension next to the shed whilst Rhod went to find a lorry. Rhod instead closed the garage and started to tape cardboard boxes to the garage door. James was incensed when he discovered what he was doing, and that Phil had started helping him. In the end they had a half-finished extension by the shed and a poster on the garage door saying the word 'extension'. Rhod and Phil received 1 point each, with James receiving 2 points because Greg felt sorry for him.
- Jessica and Kerry worked together to make an extension over Ollie the Knight with a tarpaulin and various things from the garage, finishing with a celebratory banana.
