The brief for the task is as follows:
De-pineapple your Hawaiian pizza and place the pineapple in the bowl.
You may not remove your chopstick mittens.
To receive another pizza, ask David for it politely and in Italian.
You have 100 seconds, after which the amount of pineapple juice will be measured.
Most pineapple juice wins.
Your time starts on David’s signal.
Task notes
- This task takes place during the ‘Middle of the Show’ segment, as a game called ‘Avananasiera Pizzan’ (‘De-Pineapple the Pizza’).
- Each contestant is wearing oven mitts to which pairs of chopsticks have been attached, and is seated behind a low table, upon which they have a glass bowl.
