Task brief

Markl hands the task brief to one of the contestants on each team in the garden. The brief for the task is as follows:

Place the bag of salt on that table over there.

Whoever is holding the bag of salt may not move while holding the bag of salt.

If the bag of salt falls, you must return to the starting point.

If any bell rings on the ground, you must return to the starting point.

You may not touch the rope or the bells.

Fastest wins.

Task notes

There’s a low platform for each contestant, arranged around a circular red ‘TM’ marker spot on the lawn.
On each platform, there is a harness for the contestant to wear, connected via a rope to some bells laid on the central marker spot.
Nearby, there’s a large table covered with a red tablecloth, set with plates, cutlery, wine glasses, and a candlestick.
There’s a clear plastic bag full of white crystals on the table, and a second one on the ground behind the table. The first one contains sugar, while the second one contains salt.
There’s a smaller table with a red tablecloth and a candlestick next to the swimming pool.
