The brief for the task is as follows:
Put the bag of salt on that table over there.
No-one may move while holding the bag of salt.
If the bag of salt touches the ground at any point, you must return to your starting point.
If any bell touches the ground at any point, you must return to your starting point.
You may not touch the rope or your belts.
Fastest wins.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Charlotte, Jamali and Sarah initially had to keep restarting as Sarah and Jamali kept accidentally moving when holding the bag. Whilst throwing it between them, the bag broke when thrown to Jamali, allowing Jamali to notice it tasted sweet and Sarah to taste it when it was thrown to her, where she declared it was sugar. They managed to get the bag of sugar onto the table, before realising the bag of salt was located under the table. They then threw the bag of salt between them, breaking the bag along the way, before getting it onto the table. As they completed the task, they received 5 points each.
- Lee and Mike initially planned to carry the bag on the table in the table cloth, before deciding to just throw it between them. As they ended up putting the bag of sugar on the table, they were disqualified from the task.
