The task brief is laid on a circular red rug in front of the shed, in the garden. The brief for the task is as follows:
Make the tallest tower.
You have five minutes to gather your materials.
Olli will deduct 10 centimetres for every item you don’t use.
You must stack each thing on the previous thing within five seconds.
Your task is over when you’re satisfied, or if you don’t add an item within the timeframe.
Your time starts now.

- Despite the presence of the rug, it does not seem to be a requirement that the contestants’ towers are built on the rug.
