The task brief is laid on the table in the living room. The briefs for the task are as follows:
To everyone except Mat:
Eat this yoghurt with the most dignity.
The most extreme eating wins.

Task notes
- Laid on top of the task brief, there is a round plastic token which features the word ‘MOST’ on one side, and the word ‘LEAST’ on the other.
- Before the contestants read the task brief, Alex tells them to write either the word ‘most’ or ‘least’ in the small window which has been cut into the paper.
- There is a pen hanging from the ceiling of the living room as the contestants enter the room, which most of them completely miss.
- Once the contestants have written one of the words in the window in the task brief and then read it, Alex provides them with a dessert glass containing plain yoghurt.
