Mastertask notes:

In this version of the task, each team has 30 seconds to make their argument, with each team member limited to speaking two consecutive words at a time. One team is always arguing for the affirmative, while the other team is always arguing the negative. The first team to win two rounds wins the task, and earns 5 points each, while the losing team earns nothing.

Task brief

The brief for the task is as follows:

Win more debates than the other team.

Each team gets 30 seconds to argue in each round.

Each participant takes turns saying two words at a time, and all words must be said into the microphone.

Best argument wins each round.

Task notes

The contestants have been divided into teams, with each team standing together behind their own podium.
Team ‘For’ consists of David, Mette, and Mikkel, while Team ‘Imod’ (Against) consists of Ane and Lars.
After the task brief has been read, Lasse clarifies that the task is winner-takes-all, best of three rounds.
The first topic is ‘aliens exist’, and the second topic is ‘tipping – for or against?’. The third topic is unknown, due to one team winning both of the first two rounds.
