Attempts

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!

  • Christian, with his habit of always checking under the table, quickly finds that the production team have provide him with some extra equipment: a marker pen and a ruler. He wraps his tape around the marker pen as he unravels it, and secures himself second place in the task.
  • Julie wraps the tape around four of her fingers as she unravels it, but somehow avoids completely trapping herself within it, and is able to get the unravelled tape into her lunchbox first, winning the task.
  • Lina starts well, wrapping the tape around one of her fingers as she unravels it, but then loses the end of the tape, after it breaks. This delay causes her to finish the task in fourth place.
  • Nikolaj starts out badly, when he is unable to find the end of the tape. He then proceeds to haphazardly wrap the unravelled tape around one of his hands, and is unable to remove it to place it in the lunchbox. He comes last in the task with an assigned time of 2 minutes and 43 seconds, and has to use scissors to free himself.
  • Nothing much happens during Ruben's attempt. He wraps the unravelled tape around a finger but is able to remove it and finishes third overall.
