Task brief

The task brief is laid on the front of a bouncy castle, which has been inflated in the garden of the Taskmaster house. The brief for the task is as follows:

Have the most fun on this bouncy castle.

You have one hour.

Your time starts now.

Task notes

  • As they cut to the first break, Greg thanks Paul for being “extraordinary”, and explains he has been given a special task.

Attempts

Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

  • Paul is seen before the start of the first ad break receiving his task brief, and being genuinely shocked that he’s expected to have fun on the bouncy castle for an entire hour. The footage of Paul’s bouncy castle fun is split up, with a little being shown before and after each ad break. After the first break, he is seen simply walking slowly up onto the bouncy castle and standing in the middle. Either side of the next ad break, he is seen having balls thrown at him, and then lying under a blanket on the bouncy castle, having a nap. Before and after the final ad break, he is seen rolling around on the bouncy castle, and then lying down under a blanket while Alex rubs his shoulder.
