Here's a description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on collecting some images to add later!

Ante's handshake involves several high-fives, butt-wiggling, spanking, and synchronised posing. While performing the handshake, he accidentally shows his butt crack to the camera. The entire handshake takes 14 seconds to perform, and he earns three points.
Igor's handshake starts with a bro-hug and also uses elbow-slapping, shaka signs, high-fives, and tongue wiggling. The entire handshake takes 15 seconds to perform, and Igor earns four points.
Lidija's handshake starts with high-fives and a hip bump, then quickly turns into a tango, where Luka dips Lidija before spinning her into his body, ending with an actual handshake. The entire handshake takes 9 seconds to perform, and Lidija earns two points.
Enio performs his handshake on the practice mannequin instead of on Luka. Enio's handshake consists of putting one hand on the person's shoulder and using the other hand to perform what he calls “mammography”, which is effectively just a manual breast exam. At the insistence of the other contestants, Enio and Luka recreate the handshake in the studio. The handshake time is not given, and Enio earns just one point.
Ana's handshake is a choreographed series of high-fives and body bumps, accompanied by rhythmic noises. The entire handshake takes 20 seconds to perform, and she earns five points.
