- Ardal and Chris took Alex 'parachuting' with umbrellas; 'paintballing' with milk and spoons; ate tiny samples of beer and curry; and handcuffed him to a lamp whilst Ardal brushed his teeth. They received 5 points each.
- Bridget, Judi and Sophie simultaneously sat Alex in the bath dressed as a bird, who was then trapped in a net; Bridget fed him strawberry lace 'worms' and threw bird seed at him; Judi waxed Alex's arm and threw shots at him; Sophie wrote the word 'bird' on his forehead; and Judi put on a cat mask and twerked to Alex.
