The task brief is laid on the ground in front of two plinths. The brief for the task is as follows:
Make these things the same colour as those things.
People and bottles must stay on their spots at all times.
You may perform 10 bottle stamps, and two bottle squeezes.
Best colour matches wins.
You have 10 minutes.
Your time starts now.
Task notes
- The task takes place on the driveway of the Taskmaster house, where circular markers have been placed on the ground for the team members.
- One team member stands on a spot between two plinths. On one of the plinths, there are a potato, a mango, and an aubergine. On the other one are the same items, but painted completely white.
- Next to the plinths, there is a pot full of various paintbrushes, and an artist's paint palette.
- The other team members stand on spots several metres away, and are provided with bottles of poster paint in a variety of colours. The colour of the bottles and the colour of the paint inside them are all different.

Here's a brief description of the contestants' attempts. Someone's probably working on writing up some additional detail, though!
- Frankie frisbeed Ivo the palette before they decided to paint the mango, potato, and aubergine, and the white versions, red and blue. After Frankie giggled at Ivo's failed bottle stamps, Ivo managed to get the paint back to Frankie on the palette so the things were all the same colour. They received 5 points each.
- Jenny and Kiell squeezed and stomped the paint to Mae, using the palette as a target for them to aim at, with varying degrees of success. Despite this, Mae managed to paint the white objects the same colours as the potato, aubergine, and mango, so they received 5 points each.
